PBI-Mexico has posted this call for new field volunteers. It highlights that the deadline to apply is October 28. A week of virtual training (part of the selection process) will take place from January 18 to 26, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Mexico City time).

Their post also notes: “The brigadistas commit to a minimum of one year of volunteering in the field that will be developed in two different Work Teams. The Teams are located in the City of Chihuahua, from where they work in the North of Mexico, and in Mexico City, from where the Center and the South of the country work. PBI brigade members live and work together in an office house, participate in all areas of PBI’s work (Physical Accompaniment, Advocacy, Communication/Visibility, Safety and Security Training), including the administrative and internal communication tasks associated with the operation of the organization.”

The entries of new PBI-Mexico volunteers will take place every 2-3 months throughout the year. In 2023, arrivals will begin in the month of February and onwards.
