PBI-Canada convenes Frontline Voices from Colombia webinar on the ongoing national strike

More than 160 people registered for the PBI-Canada convened webinar on June 3 on the current situation in Colombia.

The speakers were:

– Oscar Ramirez, the Committee in Solidarity with Political Prisoners (CSPP)

– Danilo Rueda, the Inter-Church Commission on Justice and Peace

– Berenice Celeita, the Association for Research and Social Action (Nomadesc)

– Rachel Small, World Beyond War Canada

– Ailish Morgan-Welden, PBI-Canada moderator

About 130 people joined the webinar via Zoom with simultaneous translation in English and Spanish provided by Kath Nygard in Bogota.
