There are many ways for you to do this, and all of them will allow you to support human rights defenders in very real ways.

• You can become a field volunteer on any of our field projects based out of Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, and Nepal;
• You can support the effort from home and volunteer with PBI-Canada; and
• You can also join the Emergency Response Network and help defenders when they need you the most.
